Terms of service

These terms govern the use of 24msg, a business messaging service operated by Webgrup (Türkiye). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your company.

1. The service

24msg lets you connect a WhatsApp Business account through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, send approved templates and messages, receive replies in a shared inbox and automate notifications. 24msg is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account and by the team members you invite. You must be authorised to bind your company and to use the connected phone number.

3. Meta's rules

Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms, Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. Meta may limit, suspend or change access, pricing, message limits or quality ratings at its discretion; 24msg cannot override those decisions. You are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in before sending messages. See the acceptable use policy.

4. Plans, fees and taxes

Paid plans renew each period until cancelled. Meta's per-message charges are passed through at cost shown in your dashboard and are separate from the subscription fee. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

5. Your content and data

You keep all rights to your content and your customers' data. You give Webgrup the right to process them only to provide the service, under the data processing agreement and the privacy policy. You are responsible for having a legal basis, including consent, to message your customers.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or the acceptable use policy, if Meta restricts your account, or if required by law. We will give notice where we reasonably can. You can close your account at any time; data is then deleted as set out in the privacy policy.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but depend on Meta's platform and cannot promise uninterrupted delivery. To the extent the law allows, Webgrup is not liable for indirect losses, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer and data protection rules of your country remain unaffected. We may update the terms and will announce material changes in the service or by email before they apply. Contact: destek@24msg.com.
