Owner, admin and agent: who can do what.

Owners manage billing and everything else. Admins manage numbers, templates and settings. Agents answer conversations in the inbox.

Agents see their own and unassigned conversations. The last owner of a workspace cannot be removed.

Your plan decides how many team members you can invite.
